作り方
鍋に植物油とバターを熱し、蓋をして、玉ねぎとひとつまみの塩を加えます。柔らかく黄金色になるまで15〜20分ほど煮ます。
ティッカマサラペーストとピーマンを加え、スパイスの生っぽさがなくなるまでさらに5分ほど炒めます。
鶏むね肉を加え、ペーストが全体に絡むように混ぜ合わせます。2分間加熱したら、刻んだトマト、トマトピューレ、水200mlを加え、蓋をして弱火で15分ほど、時々かき混ぜながら、鶏肉に火が通るまで煮込みます。
蓋を取り、マンゴーチャツネ、生クリーム、プレーンヨーグルトを混ぜ合わせ、軽く温めます。味を調え、冷凍したい分は取っておきます。密閉容器に入れ、冷凍庫で最大3ヶ月保存できます。
残りのコリアンダーの葉を散らし、バスマティライスとナンを添えてお召し上がりください。
