I can make calls and send texts, but I can't access the internet using my cellular data. My phone shows a signal, but the data icon is missing or has a slash through it.
My phone's automatic screen lock feature isn't working. The screen stays on even when I'm not using it, which is a security risk and drains the battery.
The physical volume up and down buttons on my phone have stopped responding. I can only adjust the volume through the software settings, which is inconvenient.
