The light golden broth, tender chicken meat, and aromatic noodles make it a favorite soup for the whole family. 🥕 Ingredients (for 4 servings): Chicken (thigh or breast) - 400 g Carrot - 1 pc. Onion - 1 pc. Potatoes - 2 pcs. Noodles (egg or homemade) - 150 g 1 clove garlic (optional) Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs. Greens (dill, parsley) - for serving Salt and pepper to taste 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Boil the broth. Rinse the chicken, pour in 1.5–2 liters of water and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add a bay leaf and simmer for 30–40 minutes. Prepare the vegetables.
