制作步骤
在一个带盖的大煎锅中用中高火加热1汤匙橄榄油，然后加入2块切碎的鸡胸肉，煎5-8分钟至金黄色。
取出并放在一边。倒入1个切丁的洋葱，煮3-4分钟至变软。
加入1个切薄片的红辣椒、2瓣压碎的大蒜、75克切片的西班牙辣香肠和1汤匙卡真调味料，再煮5分钟。
将鸡肉倒回锅中，加入 250 克长粒米、400 克番茄罐头和 350 毫升鸡汤。盖上锅盖，用中火慢炖 20-25 分钟，直到米饭变软。
